This is a hickory entry stool patterned off a pine work bench/stool made for us by my brother-in-law, Greg Hall.
It is crafted in hickory to match the new hickory hardwood floor and stair treads. It has a lidded compartment to hold gloves, scarves, hand-warmers, and other winter wear gear, plus floor space for boots and slippers. Finished in shellac and a polyurethane bench top, just the right height for “shoeing up.”
