This is a companion piece to the cherry dresser for my daughter and her husband. This one is narrow and tall, as befits the available space in their bedroom.
Cherry finished in boiled linseed oil. I have always had not the best luck in staining or finishing cherry, so this time I used a wood conditioner, followed quickly by the linseed oil. I like the result, especially as it will darken with age and the light in the bedroom.
No hardware, just grooved drawer faces. Eight drawers. Bruno, “da cat”, likes it!
