Bedroom Suite

  • This encompassed five different items.
  •  The first was two bedside night-tables.  Made from cherry and maple, this was an arduous project.  I learned alot about being precise and following plans.  This was also my first attempt at mortise and tenon, and that was yet another way to learn patience (the first being children and the second being computers)!
  • The second element was a end-of-bed-table/stool.
  •  The third element was a matching headboard that you can see behind the pillows on the bed.
  •  Finally, there was a dresser add-on, designed to match another dresser in the room.  Again, this was cherry, but it was hard to match the aging cherry on the existing dresser.
